2. GENERAL RULES

2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in.mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in.
2.4. Any violation of the house rules may result in a €200 penalty per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.
2.5. Keys must be returned to their original location.
2.6. Guests must allow access to the apartment when necessary (maintenance, inspections, emergencies).
